There are 25 categories available to enter and these are split into four main sections: CX Classics, Digital CX, Nightingale CX and CX Legends.

Among these are ‘Customer Experience in the Crisis’, ‘Best Digital Transformation’ and ‘CX Leader of the Year’.

The Grocer Gold Awards have been a symbol of quality and excellence in the FMCG sector for 18 years.

Focused on key business areas such as innovation and customer satisfaction, the awards provide a platform for recognition – whether a large multiple supplier or independent retailer.

Amongst the 31 categories available are ‘Exporter of the Year’, ‘Technology Initiative of the Year’ and ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’.

The Legal Business Awards

The Legal Business Awards – now in their 25th year – celebrate the very best in the legal profession and are one of the most prestigious events in the legal calendar.

They are open to everyone, including large international firms operating in multiple jurisdictions, boutique law firms, alternative legal services providers, in-house teams, chambers or a regional/offshore practice in the UK.

Amongst the 25 categories offered are ‘Corporate Team of the Year’, ‘International Firm of the Year’ and ‘Lawyer of the Year’.

The Property Marketing Awards

The Property Marketing Awards bring small businesses, experts and luminaries together for a fantastic evening of awards and networking.

Judging will be looking for strong performance as an on-going business as well as evidences of positive community engagement from small businesses.

A total of 13 categories can be entered this year, including ‘Best Marketing Campaign: Offices’, ‘Best Brand Experience’ and ‘Best Use of Social Media’ – a new category for 2022. All businesses will be vying for the overall ‘Grand Prix Award’.

The Recruiter Awards

Now celebrating 20 years of outstanding achievements, the Recruiter Awards have presented over 500 awards to agencies and in-house recruiters who demonstrate excellence in their industries.

They are open to entries from the entire recruitment community: in-house recruiters, recruitment outsourcing firms, recruitment advertising agencies, recruitment agencies, consultancies, and suppliers to the recruitment industry profession.

Amongst the 31 categories offered are ‘Best Client Service’, ‘Best New Agency’ and ‘Best Candidate Experience’ as well as a new category for 2022 – the ‘Diversity, Equality and Inclusivity (DE&I) Service’.
