The UK Customer Experience Awards 2021 are now open

Entries are now being accepted for the UK Customer Experience Awards – one of the most highly regarded customer experience awards for both B2B and B2C businesses. These annual awards represent the ‘biggest celebration of customer experience in the UK’, and winning can prove to be a real springboard to future success.
The entry process has two stages: a written entry, followed by a presentation for those shortlisted.
A total of 23 categories can be entered in 2021, including ‘Customer Experience for SMEs‘, ‘Learning and Development‘ and ‘Customer-Centric Culture‘.
As with many awards this year, there is a particular emphasis on recognising the efforts of businesses affected by the pandemic. Specific categories have been added such as ‘Customer Experience in the Crisis‘ and ‘Employee Experience in the Crisis‘.

IMPORTANT DATES FOR YOUR DIARY
Entries Open: NOW
Early Bird Deadline: Saturday 21st May
Final Deadline: Friday 25th June
Awards Finals: Thursday 7th October
Awards Ceremony: Thursday 14th October
All businesses can take advantage of the Early Bird deadline by entering before 21 May 2021 to secure a discounted rate of just £349 per entry (saving £100) and £179 per additional entry (saving £50).
