DO YOU PROVIDE AN EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE?

Entries are now being accepted for the UK Customer Experience Awards (UKCXA) – one of the most highly regarded customer experience awards for both B2B and B2C businesses. These annual awards represent the ‘biggest celebration of customer experience in the UK’, and winning can prove to be a real springboard to future success.

All finalists from the 2022 event – which takes place at Wembley – will automatically be shortlisted for the International Customer Experience Awards (ICXA), providing an extra incentive to get involved.

The entry process has two stages:

  • A written entry
  • A 15-minute presentation for those shortlisted (plus 15 minutes to answer questions)

 

UK CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AWARDS 2022: CATEGORIES

A total of 21 categories are available and these are split into the following three sections:

  • CX Classics – celebrating the key elements of a world-class CX strategy
  • CX Spotlights – recognising particular industries and practices that are shaping the CX future
  • CX Professionals – honouring individuals and teams who are essential for CX success

Super Early Bird Deadline: Friday 8 April
Early Bird Deadline: Saturday 4 June
Final Deadline: Friday 8 July
Finalists Announced: Friday 22 July
Awards Finals & Awards Ceremony: Thursday 6 October

All businesses can take advantage of the Super Early Bird deadline by entering before Friday 8 April 2022 to secure a discounted rate of just £349 per entry (saving £150) and £199 per additional entry (saving £100).

The 2021 UK Business Awards will recognise the organisations, teams and individuals that are shaping the future of British business and enterprise.

Now is your chance to get involved and showcase the excellent work that your company or organisation has achieved.

With 26 categories ranging from ‘Best New Business‘ and ‘Best Marketing or PR Agency‘, to ‘Best Customer Experience‘ and ‘Best Sustainability Initiative‘, there are categories to suit all.

This year, there is a focus on how businesses have coped with the pandemic and the Brexit transition period. If you have overcome these challenges with great success and innovation, you might be interested in categories such as ‘Best Business Response to the Crisis’ or ‘Best Brexit Business Response’.

Also new for 2021, you only need to submit a written entry, which will make up 100% of your score. In past years, finalists have had to present live to the judges, so if presenting live isn’t your strong suit, then this year could be the time for you to enter!

Entries are now being accepted for the UK Customer Experience Awards – one of the most highly regarded customer experience awards for both B2B and B2C businesses. These annual awards represent the ‘biggest celebration of customer experience in the UK’, and winning can prove to be a real springboard to future success.

The entry process has two stages: a written entry, followed by a presentation for those shortlisted.

A total of 23 categories can be entered in 2021, including ‘Customer Experience for SMEs‘, ‘Learning and Development‘ and ‘Customer-Centric Culture‘.

As with many awards this year, there is a particular emphasis on recognising the efforts of businesses affected by the pandemic. Specific categories have been added such as ‘Customer Experience in the Crisis‘ and ‘Employee Experience in the Crisis‘.
